Quantra had a powerful web dashboard, but their users (busy finance executives) were rarely at their desks. They needed a mobile solution that offered the same power as the desktop version without compromising on security or speed.
The Challenge
Quantra’s previous mobile attempt was a failure—a slow "hybrid" app that was just their website wrapped in a shell. Users faced three major issues:
Performance Lag: The app felt sluggish and unresponsive, taking 10+ seconds to load a transaction list.
Security Friction: Typing complex passwords on a mobile keyboard every time they opened the app was frustrating.
Missed Approvals: Without reliable push notifications, executives were missing urgent payment deadlines.
The Solution
Paraakhya scrapped the old code and built a fully native experience using React Native. We focused on speed, security, and "thumb-friendly" usability.
1. Native Performance Architecture
We moved away from the "web wrapper" approach. We built a native application that utilizes the phone’s GPU for smooth animations. We implemented Offline Mode, allowing users to view cached financial data even when they lose signal in an elevator or on a flight.
2. Biometric Security Integration
Security vs. Convenience is a constant battle. We solved it by integrating FaceID (iOS) and Fingerprint (Android) authentication.
Result: Users could log in securely in 0.5 seconds, maintaining high security without the friction of typing passwords.
3. Real-Time "Actionable" Notifications
We built a custom notification engine. Instead of just saying "You have a notification," the app sends "Actionable Alerts." An executive can long-press a notification to "Approve" or "Reject" a payment instantly from the lock screen, without even opening the app.

4.8 Star Rating: The app rating jumped from 2.1 to 4.8 on the App Store within 3 months of launch.
3x Faster Approvals: The average time to approve a transaction dropped from 4 hours to 1 hour, significantly speeding up business operations.
0% Fraud: The app’s device-fingerprinting security successfully blocked unauthorized login attempts from rooted/jailbroken devices.
