Job Responsibility
Process Execution: Execute daily business processes (such as data entry, document verification, or claims processing) strictly adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy (99%+) in all transactions. Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure zero-error delivery.
SLA Management: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of work completed and report any process bottlenecks or technical issues to the Team Lead immediately.
Data Management: Organize and maintain digital files and records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality (in line with data privacy policies).
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and suggest ways to simplify or speed up the workflow.
